Meet Josh & Michele Kelso
As the owners of Kelso Heating & Cooling, Josh also prefers to be on the job, especially during replacement work. If you’re getting a new unit, there is a good chance he will be there to help put it in himself. He started Kelso Heating & Cooling in 2002, out of his home and pickup truck, and expanded to a fleet of work vans, as well as a storefront in St. Joseph.
Of course, as his spouse, Michele helped start the business and answered the phones. Nowadays, she works with Josh as a silent partner for the business.
Meet Kassie
You may not see her face at your home, but she manages the office building and leads dispatching. She ensures we show up on time and stay afloat; a critical pillar for the business. She watched her dad, Josh, start and grow his business; from when she was two until now. She currently handles the backend, such as book-keeping and advertising, so that he can focus on heating and cooling for our customers.
Meet Jake
Our lead service technician, as well as our main sales technician, Jake is the guy who will fix your system and will give you the best option possible if it needs to be replaced. If there’s an issue, you can bet Jake can solve it for you. He has been a reliable technician for close to ten years, and continues to generate great reviews, referrals, and compliments.
